These Personal Training sessions are designed and priced to make your fitness goals a reality—starting now! Fitness on the Fly's Personal Training service is all about helping you reaching your fitness goal, no matter your skill level or barriers.

60 minute sessions plus a 1 month follow up program
Packages and deals:
1-5x/week options available.
Monthly and yearly contracts are offered at discount.
