Using information derived from a consultation and health assessment, I will help you create fitness goals and help keep you motivated in achieving them. Program design areas include, weight loss, muscular & cardiovascular conditioning, sport specific conditioning, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and mobility management/flexibility along. I also give nutritional guidance for gaining maximum results. This is completed through 1x/week video or phone calls and can be supplemented unlimited form checks.
